1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment. We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash on arrival (subject to prior confirmation). The remaining balance must be cleared upon check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be eligible for date modifications depending on availability.

3. Identification Required

As per government regulations, all guests (including accompanying guests) must present a valid original photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID. Foreign nationals must present their original Passport and valid Visa.

4. Right of Admission

The Kashi Vibe Homestay reserves the right of admission. Accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Unmarried couples are allowed only with mutual consent and valid IDs.

5. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the homestay property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
